Come visit our chapel during adoration hours to pray in the real presence of Christ in the Blessed Sacrament.

Eucharistic Adoration is a time of prayer and reflection before the Blessed Sacrament, where you can deepen your relationship with Christ. Here are some meaningful ways to spend your time in Adoration:

1. Prepare Your Heart

• When you come into the chapel, recognize and reverence the real presence of Jesus Christ in the monstrance by spending some time kneeling in adoration.
• Begin with a moment of silence to calm your mind.
• Make the Sign of the Cross and acknowledge Jesus' presence.
• Offer a short prayer of gratitude for being in His presence.

2. Adore and Worship

• Simply sit in silent adoration, gazing upon the Eucharist and resting in God's love.
• Praise Jesus in your heart or with prayers like the Divine Praises or a hymn.

3. Pray and Meditate

• Spontaneous Prayer – Speak to Jesus as you would to a friend.
• Scripture Reading – Meditate on a passage from the Bible, especially the Gospels.
• Rosary or Divine Mercy Chaplet – Offer these prayers while reflecting on Christ’s life.
• Lectio Divina – Read a scripture passage slowly and let God speak to your heart.

4. Intercede for Others

• Pray for your family, friends, the Church, and the world.
• Offer up your struggles for your sanctification and the needs of others

5. Examine Your Conscience & Make a Spiritual Communion

• Reflect on your actions and seek forgiveness.
• Make a Spiritual Communion prayer.

6. Listen in Silence

• Spend time in stillness, allowing God to speak to your heart.
• Don’t rush—sometimes, the greatest graces come in the quiet.

7. Conclude with Thanksgiving

• Thank Jesus for the time spent with Him.
• Make a resolution to live out His love in your daily life.
• End with the Anima Christi, Hail Mary, or another closing prayer.
