Dcn. Darryl Drenon

Deacon Darryl Drenon is a Permanent Deacon in the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston, ordained for ten years, and actively serves at both St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Houston and St. Helen Catholic Church in Pearland. Additionally, he is a Senior Fellow with the American Leadership Forum (ALF) in Houston, Class LIII, where he collaborates with diverse leaders to drive impactful community solutions. 

His extensive professional background includes senior leadership roles in technology and telecommunications, such as Vice President at Meriplex and Centre Technologies, where he led business development and strategic growth initiatives. Known for his ability to lead high-performance teams and drive customer-focused outcomes, Deacon Darryl’s career reflects a dedication to both organizational excellence and servant leadership.

Deacon Darryl holds a Master’s in Pastoral Studies from the University of St. Thomas in Houston and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Texas Southern University. His background as a United States Marine Corps Commissioned Officer, specializing in Combat Engineering, underscores his disciplined approach to leadership and community service.
