Vocations Committee

The vocations committee seeks to promote and foster vocations to the priesthood, religious life and permanent diaconate here at St. Helen's as a way to serve the sacramental needs of our local church. The goal of our work is to engage all the parishioners in taking a more active role in praying for vocations through prayer services, traveling chalice initiative, holy hours, informational discernment dinners, meet the priests nights, discussions with a spiritual director, attending retreats, and meeting with the director of vocations for the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston.
